Winter Season mid Sept - mid March - $910 per week

Summer Season mid March - mid Sept - $1,050 per week

Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving, Easter & Spring Break, Chanukah - $1,260

Minimum one week booking - Additional nights are pro-rated

Additional fees
For heating pool / spa - $25 per day
Cleaning fee $120 (mandatory)

Assistance via phone is free and emergency assistance available locally

Non-essential call-out is charged at $50

Deposit of $200 to accompany booking, non-refundable

Balance due two weeks prior to arrival
